I. INTRODUCTION

Defendants Tom Quinn, supervisor for the Tahoe National Forest, Dean Gould, supervisor for the Sierra National Forest, and the United States Forest Service (“USFS”) (collectively, “Defendants”) move to sever the claims in this action and to transfer venue to the Eastern District of California.
