The complainants, who are citizens of New York, seek an injunction against J. Skelton Williams and others in order to defeat measures for the consolidation or merging of the Seaboard Air Line System with the Georgia & Alabama Railway, a corporation of this state, and the Florida Central & Peninsular Railway, a corporation of this state and' of the state of Florida.
