An action for personal injuries. Plaintiff, a young' lady eighteen years of age at the time, was injured on October 22, 1933. She was a passenger on a street car of the defendant, Kansas City Public Service Company. The accident occurred in the Sheffield district in the east part of Kansas City, Missouri. The street "ear in which plaintiff was riding was traveling on the north track of the defendant and it crossed the line of railroad of the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company- at a point where the two tracks crossed at right angles; the railroad track running practically north and south…
