The Parsons Street Railway and Electrical Company operates a street railway in the city of Parsons. It desired to cross the tracks of the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Company in a street of that city. It applied to the state board of railroad commissioners, which body, on October 9, 1909, upon due hearing, ordered it to construct for that purpose a subway under the tracks of the railroad, in accordance with certain plans covering all the details of the work, including the approaches.
