hBrenna Ash Miller, individually, as the duly appointed guardian of the minor child, Skyler Miller, and the individual authorized to make the claim on behalf of the Estate of Richard A. Miller, Jr., (“Miller”) appeals the judgment of the trial court dismissing her lawsuit without prejudice. Acadian Ambulance Service, Inc.
