HALL, Chief Justice.

L. P. Hancock and wife, A. A. Hancock, sued Mrs. Francis Adams, Mrs. Olive Rack-ley, the First National Bank of Post, and the First National Bank of Fort Worth, alleging that on August 15, 1930, they sold certain land in the town of Post to the defendants Adams and Rackley, and as a part of the consideration therefor said defendants agreed to pay $900 cash. In order to make such payment, defendants went to the bank of Post and gave it their check or draft for $900 on the City National Bank of Spur, payable to the Post bank.
