Defendant, Unionmutual Stock Life Insurance Company of America, appeals from an adverse jury verdict and judgment rendered by the Circuit Court of Montgomery County. We affirm.

Plaintiff-insured, Eugene L. Wilkerson, Jr., filed an action against insurer claiming benefits due under a group long-term disability policy made available through plaintiff's employer, Mendel Distributing Company.
