MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

ZIMMERMAN, Justice:

Defendant Ronald Watson Lafferty petitioned this Court to reconsider its opinion affirming his convictions and sentences for two first degree murders, two burglaries, and two conspiracies to commit murder. See State v. Lafferty, 749 P.2d 1239 (Utah 1988). We granted his petition, filed at the suggestion of Judge Greene of the United States District Court for the District of Utah, in order to review several transcripts that he claims were not originally made part of the record on appeal and upon which he is basing a pending federal court collateral…
