OPINION

KAREN NELSON MOORE, Circuit Judge.

Martin Ruben Gonzalez Mendez (“Gonzalez”), a native and citizen of Mexico, seeks judicial review of a decision by the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”). The BIA affirmed the decision by an Immigration Judge (“IJ”) denying Gonzalez’s application for cancellation of removal under 8 U.S.C. § 1229b or voluntary depar ture under 8 U.S.C. § 1229c. For the reasons set forth below, we DISMISS the petition in part for lack of jurisdiction and DENY the remainder of the petition.
