James Michael Howard appeals his jury convictions in the county court for Sarpy County for count I, driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, in violation of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-6,196 (Reissue 1993); count II, reckless driving, in violation of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-6,213 (Reissue 1993); and count III, refusal to submit to a preliminary breath test, in violation of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-6,197 (Reissue 1993).
