GRUENDER, Circuit Judge.
Alvin Clay appeals the district court’s 1 denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motion for post-conviction relief. On appeal, Clay contends that the district court used an incorrect standard to evaluate the effect of the Government’s alleged use of perjured testimony during his underlying trial for wire fraud and money laundering. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the denial of Clay’s motion for post-conviction relief.
