Floyd v. State
Court of Criminal Appeals of Tennessee
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION
DAUGHTREY, Judge.
This is an appeal by William Columbus Floyd from his conviction of second degree murder, for which he received a sentence of life imprisonment in the state penitentiary. On appeal he challenges (1) the sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury’s ver-*838diet, (2) the admissibility of the victim’s deathbed identification, (3) the admissibility of the testimony of several of the State’s witnesses, and (4) the trial court’s procedure in supplying a list of prospective jurors. We find no reversible error in the record, and we therefore affirm the conviction.
