Claimant brought this action for vehicle damage which occurred as a result of herl995 Dodge Caravan striking rocks while she was traveling on State Route 2 in the Glendale area, also known as “the narrows,” in Marshall County. State Route 2 is a road maintained by respondent. The Court is of the opinion to make an award in this claim for the reasons more fully stated below.
