*644In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff Angelica Francovig appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Price, J.), entered June 8, 2006, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendant Senekis Cab Corp. which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it by her on the ground that she did not sustain a serious injury within the meaning of Insurance Law § 5102 (d).
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, and that branch of the…
