In a petition for habeas corpus, petitioner, Ann L. O’Brien, attacks the lawfulness of her detention by the Director of St. Louis County Department of Justice Services. Petitioner was found guilty of indirect criminal contempt and sentenced to three months confinement in the St. Louis County Department of Justice Services and a $500.00 fine for her activities at the Roit-man and Palmer Women’s Clinical Group Inc.’s (Clinic) offices.
