This appeal arises out of a jury verdict entered in favor of a pipe-fitter who was injured while working on a retail restaurant building construction site. Construction contractors JSB Facilities Consultants, Inc., d/b/a JSB Construction and Consulting Co. (collectively, JSB), and JMS Electric (JMS), appeal from a judgment entered in favor of plaintiff, Stephen Wartalski, in his negligence claim.
