THIS IS a contested discharge proceeding and the matter under consideration is a claim asserted by Howard R. Selz and Marian Witry that Robert W. Snyder (Debtor) is not entitled to a discharge or, in any event, the debt owed by the Debtor to these Plaintiffs should be declared to be non-dischargeable.
