Northeastern Gas Company, Inc. and Floyd C. and Marian Hoffman (collectively Northeastern) appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County denying Northeastern’s motion for post-trial relief and entering judgment in favor of defendants Donald Karpowich and Foster Township.
