Affirming.

Geoffrey Morgan, a resident of Madison County, -died testate in 1940. His wife renounced the will, and her distributable share is not in issue. The controversy involves a construction of that will, and the question is whether or not the testator’s two sons, remaindermen, are now entitled to a division and distribution of the estate. The Chancellor answered this question in the affirmative.
