McINERNEY, Justice.

Complainant, Oklahoma Bar Association, commenced disciplinary proceedings against respondent, Odes J. Harwood, at the direction of the Board of Governors of the Association. The complaint charged respondent with participation in a scheme to sell fraudulent silver contracts, with using a bogus check to obtain motel services and with failing to perform a contract for professional services after receiving a fee for the services.
