Harriette A. Snell appeals from that part of a marital dissolution decree of the Rosebud County District Court dividing property and denying her request for maintenance. She argues that the trial court abused its discretion in not including in the marital estate certain gifts of ranch stock to her husband from his parents. She argues that the trial court abused its discretion in distributing the marital estate. Approximately 67 percent of the value was awarded to the husband and 33 percent was awarded to the wife.
