Appeals (1) from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Cheeseman, J.), entered June 9, 1988 in Albany County, which, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, *889granted respondents’ motion to dismiss the petition for lack of standing in proceeding No. 1, and (2) by permission, from an order of said court (Hughes, J.), entered June 3, 1988 in Albany County, which, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, denied respondents’ motion to dismiss the petition for lack of standing in proceeding No. 2.
