Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review three determinations of the Commissioner of *1145Correctional Services which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

Petitioner was charged in misbehavior reports dated June 19, 2006, June 20, 2006 and September 14, 2006 with violations of prison disciplinary rules. Petitioner challenges the determinations finding him guilty. We confirm.
