FERGUSON, Judge:

Tried by general court-martial, the accused was convicted of willful disobedience of a lawful order of his superior officer, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 90, 10 USC § 890, and sentenced to dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of $56.00 per month for twenty-four months, and confinement at hard labor for two years. Intermediate appellate authorities affirmed, and we granted accused’s petition for review on issues involving military jurisdiction over him.
