Plaintiff Thersia Knapik brought suit against Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital (MHMH) for wrongful termination and breach of contract after she was dismissed from MHMH’s general surgery residency program for sending a letter concerning another resident to a medical fellowship program and state licensing board.
