The defendant, Edward Kudej, appeals from the decision of the trial court granting the application of the plaintiff, People’s United Bank, for a prejudgment remedy of attachment against the defendant. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly found probable cause that a judgment in the amount of the prejudgment remedy sought would be rendered for the plaintiff.
