Statement of Facts

1. This is a probate proceeding involving the Estate of William A1 Tsosie (aka Leonard Tsosie), hereinafter “decedent”. He died without a will on September 22,1985, at PHS Indian Hospital, Fort Defiance, Arizona.

2. At the time of his death, decedent was a resident of the Navajo Indian Reservation at Window Rock, Arizona.

3. Distribution of decedent’s Insurance proceeds is the sole dispute among the claimants in this case.
