A Carroll County jury found Ramar Glass guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of trafficking in cocaine, OCGA § 16-13-31 (a) (1) (A); and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, OCGA § 16-13-30 (j). Following the denial of his motion for a new triad, Glass appeals, contending the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant, in denying his motion to suppress pretrial statements that he gave before being advised of his constitutional rights, and in denying his motion for a directed verdict.
