MEMORANDUM OPINION

CHURCHILL, District Judge.

This opinion is issued with respect to five separate motions for attorney fees and costs pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412 (hereinafter referred to as EAJA).

The cases will be referred to by reference to the individual plaintiff’s name. In each case, the plaintiff has been represented throughout the proceedings in the United States District Court by attorneys associated with Legal Services of Eastern Michigan.
