This § 1983 action was brought on behalf of Courtney Manbeck (“Courtney” or “plaintiff’) and all others similarly situated, against defendants Katonah-Lewisboro School District (the “District”), Robert Lichtenfeld, the District superintendent, and James Millihan, transportation supervisor of the District.
