By deed, dated March 24, 1882, Charles S. Lee of Berkeley county, in consideration of love and affection, conveyed to Maun B. Page a tract of sixty-five acres of land in the vicinity of Martinsburg, Berkeley county, on which said Lee then resided, “intrust, however, for the following use and purpose and no other: To the use and benefit of Margaret IT. Lee, the wife of said Charles S.
