WIMBLEDON TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC. brought this action against ANTHONY A. SIEGEL, the owner of a residential condominium unit, LEE D. WILLIAMS, his tenant, and CITY CONSUMER SERVICES OF FLORIDA, INC., the holder of a second mortgage encumbering the condominium unit.
