RAY, District Judge.

The United States, with leave of the state of New York, has condemned several thousand acres of land situated at Pine Plains, Jefferson county, N. Y., for military purposes,' by appropriate proceedings in this action had under the provisions of the *281Code of Civil Procedure of tlie state of New York. There are several infant defendants, and the commissioners appointed by the court have made their report, fixing the value of the interests of said infants in such real estate respectively.
