Teasley owned about 500 acres of land in Ilart county, Georgia. In the year 1889 he divided up this land and conveyed it by eight voluntary deeds to his wife and certain of his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He *426was at that time an old man, seventy-nine years of age. He was weak and infirm, physically and mentally. He died about two years later. His administrators filed an equitable petition to set aside and cancel these deeds, on the ground that the grantor was. at the time of their execution incapable of making them.
