Affirming.
The appeal is from a judgment in favor of Miss Birdie Keal for $10,000 for personal injuries sustained by slipping and falling on a sidewalk. The accident occurred shortly after seven o’clock in the evening of April 5, 1937, at or near the corner of Thirty-Ninth and Locke Streets in Covington. At that place the sidewalk is three feet below the surface of the adjacent lot owned by the City Board of Education.
