Order, Supreme Court, Bronx County (John P. Collins, J.), entered April 28, 1992, granting defendant’s motion to suppress physical evidence seized and statements made at the time of his arrest, reversed, on the law, defendant’s motion is denied, and the matter is remanded for further proceedings.
