In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Shaw, J.), dated July 14, 1989, as granted the branch of the defendant’s motion pursuant to CPLR 511 which was to change the place of the trial on the ground of improper venue from Kings County to Nassau County.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
