TABOR, Judge.
A fired worker challenges the denial of unemployment benefits based on the revocation of his driving privileges following an arrest for operating while intoxicated (OWI). The worker, Rob Galey, contends "an isolated OWI first offense and anticipated loss of a driver's license" should not be viewed as disqualifying job-related misconduct under Iowa Code section 96.5(2) (2015).
