This is a will contest certified by the probate court to the circuit court for trial, and there tried by a jury, with verdict and judgment sustaining the will.

Anna Flood, the testatrix, was a spinster somewhere between 83 and 87 years of age, a seamstress by occupation, and for many years had lived with another aged seamstress in the city of Detroit. Joseph A. Walsh, a man of affairs, was for many years a near neighbor and had maintained very Jfriendly relations with the old ladies.
