POPOVICH, Judge:

This is an appeal by the Commonwealth from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County which suppressed the oral statements given by appellant to the police after his arrest. Since the Commonwealth has certified that the suppression order in question substantially handicaps the prosecution of appellant on the charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, this appeal is properly before us.
