Plaintiff Albert Sarro (“Plaintiff’) filed this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to review the determination of Defendant Commissioner of Social Security (“Defendant” or “Commissioner”) that he was not entitled to disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act. {See Compl. (Docket Entry # 1).) The parties filed cross-motions for judgment on the pleadings. (Docket Entry # 16.)
