for the Court:

¶ 1. Derrick Stokes (pro se) appeals from the dismissal of his motion for post-conviction relief (PCR). Finding no error, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 2. On May 14, 2008, Stokes pled guilty to gratification of lust and exploitation of a child. For the gratification-of-lust conviction, the circuit court sentenced him to fifteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC).
