*917In a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6 and Domestic Relations Law article 5-A (Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act), the attorney for the parties’ children appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County (O’Shea, J.), dated June 29, 2007, which, after a hearing, denied his motion for a determination that the Family Court had subject matter jurisdiction and dismissed the petition.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
