In this case the appellee filed bill of complaint against her husband, Gideon F. Hendrie, and his son, Harold R. Hendrie.

The bill of complaint sought to coerce the defendant, Gideon F. Hendrie, to pay to the complainant certain sums of money for her separate maintenance not connected with divorce and to pay suit money and counsel fees.
