ORDER

ALAIMO, Chief Judge.

Before the Court is petitioner’s motion for summary judgment. Jurisdiction in this case is predicated upon diversity of citizenship, 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a). American Mutual Fire Insurance Company (“AMF-IC”) initiated the instant action by petitioning the Court for a declaratory judgment pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2201 et seq. More specifically, petitioner prays that it be held not liable to respondents for any sum of money under a fire insurance contract it entered into with the respondents. Having reviewed the parties’ briefs, the Court shall grant petitioner’s motion.
