Harris v. Bailey

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Sixth Judicial District, Park County, dismissing appellant William G. Harris’ (Harris) petition for judicial review. The District Court’s order affirmed the deci sion of the Livingston School District (School District) to terminate Harris for unfitness and incompetence. The order of the District Court is affirmed.
