*782Appellant appeals a judgment of commitment and a firearms-prohibition order. ORS 426.130(1)(a)(C) and (D). He seeks reversal, arguing that he was not advised by *1037the trial court of certain rights and information as required by ORS 426.100(1).1 Although he did not preserve his claim of error, he argues that we should review it as plain error.
