“On August 15, 1946, an order was entered in the above cause appointing a receiver for the Rite-Way Tool & Manufacturing Company. In 1948 and 1949 the city of Detroit levied personal property taxes on the assets of the company which, with accumulated interest now amount to $3,612.15.
