Dr. Michael David Galvin ("Dr. Galvin"), Debtor herein, filed for relief under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. At the time of filing, Dr. Galvin, and his non-filing spouse, Jeanne Galvin, owned a model year 2017 Winnebago Navion 24J motor home or recreational vehicle ("RV").
