The defense to Helen Bottenfield’s counterclaim was that she had secured, for an inadequate consideration, an unfair and major portion of the property of Emma P. Miller and that it would be inequitable to allow her to share in any part of the property conveyed by Emma P. Miller to Thomas Wood, Larry A. (Dank) Miller and Marion Miller.
